In each of those instances, however, NCIS closed the case after failing to dig up sufficient evidence to take action against the firm, according to hundreds of pages of law enforcement records obtained by The Washington Post under the Freedom of Information Act. Known as Fat Leonard for his 350-pound physique, Francis held lucrative contracts to resupply U.S. warships and submarines in ports throughout Asia. He was also legendary within the Navy for throwing hedonistic parties, often with prostitutes, to entertain sailors.  Other Navy documents obtained by The Post show that staffers at U.S. Pacific Fleet headquarters were so worried about the potential for trouble that they drafted a new ethics policy to discourage Navy personnel from accepting favors from Francis. But their effort was blocked for more than two years by admirals who were friendly with the contractor, according to officials familiar with the matter.  Despite rising signs of widespread fraud, the Navy kept awarding business to Francis' company. In 2011, Glenn Defense won deals valued at $200 million to service U.S. vessels at ports stretching from the Russian Far East to Australia. From a respondent to a query I made: ”[most terrorism studied was] within the context of Islam, particularly Salafist and Wahhabist influences on radicalization. However, I did have a course on transnational criminal organizations and networks, which did get into cartels, organized crime and the black market. I didn't really get in to the cult aspect, although I know there are some cult practices in MS-13 and in aspects of the Cosa Nostra initiations into the Mafia. Within Islam, cults would fall more under the Sufi designation because of mystic practices particularly found in South Asia. However, Sufi's are rarely associated with terrorism and usually condemned by the traditionalists or those that have strict interpretations of Islam.” Slate: “A Unique Death Cult” How the Romanian Iron Guard blended nationalistic violence with Christian martyrdom to spread a singularly morbid fascist movement. I need to make clear I pick up distinct vibes between Latino cult(s) and East European cult(s), but there can of course be links to other places, like African countries.  No matter which cult, and whether or not linked with other cults, I want people to read my Point to Point/Pitch section.   I want all of us to increase our sensitivity to this material as an energy form, and how the energy is being used. I am still learning myself.  We need to sense how people are redirecting attention, with the idea materialization follows focus.  It is like a yarn ball is being wound into a tight knot as the focused intent.  Form follows energy, energy is directed by thought.  What the cult(s) choose to do is focus their thoughts and direct energy. For some, it is a kind of game, they trick others, they mislead themselves to think it is cool, there is a kind of buzz in pulling something over someone else.  There is also elevating low self esteem or a sense of personal uncertainty by latching onto malicious ways of feeling personal power over others.  Temporary kicks or highs can be in association with addictions. Often attacks are psychic, but we need to suspect psychotronic involvement, as well.  As I have made clear repeatedly, I don’t still know for an absolute fact that psychotronics are being used.  No one has shown me a device.  I just pick up an energy that, based on various things I have read, suggest the energy is not natural and is being enhanced.  We need to remember that people have learned to treat energy and matter as alchemical playing fields.  Like wizards, they can change one thing into another thing: bad energy from cell phones can be captured and shifted to light energy, for example.  I think the devices are tapping into people’s own psychic energy/manifestation processes by piggy-backing on it or redirecting it to negative scenarios.  I also think what I have read about emotions being misused is true.  The “dark overlords” or “evil devices” - either one or both - are snagging deeply embedded fear/emotional response-energy.  The snagging is likely performed  by what seems like deeply embedded devices in the brain stem or spinal cord nerve and main body system centers.  I also suspect some of the material put out on the internet as so-called warning or “helpful” information is actually coming from the actual perpetrators themselves because they want victims to know what they are doing to them; also once people know of the possibilities, it seems to open the door in some ways - makes people perhaps more open to suggestion.  It is sort of like a torturer in a room saying to the victim, “Look at all the things I CAN do to you.” (image, image, image). And then he says “Now look at what I AM doing to you.” (Pain infliction, pain infliction, pain infliction.  What is going on here is we are dealing with mindsets focused on creating negative and fearful feelings in others from a sense of self-pity and revenge. What I want people to start doing is tapping into that vibe - sensing it - in order to figure out how to counter the cult(s).  I want psychic or sensitively aware people to help bring other people up to awareness.  The psychics need to come together, the open-minded people need to work with the psychics.  Slowly the less psychic people should start seeing some increases in their own psychic ability. To counter the cult(s) we need to be much more open-minded about psychic phenomena.  Psychic ability is a normal human attribute and there should be no ego attachment to it.  Different kinds of psychic ability should come together to work as one force against these cult(s).  03/10/2017 My interpretation so far: Although none of this is profound or new to most of us, it needs to be reiterated: - a cult is involved, I definitely feel its vibes, still don’t have a label for it, feel it comes from somewhere in a span ranging from Greece, parts of Russia, possibly some of the Balkans, possibly part of northern African continent, one country in particular hits my radar; the cult has a syncretic feeling to it, almost gypsy-Catholic-Islamic.  This is why the Donmeh entered my field of reference, however, I don’t know that it is the Donmeh.  The Subud also hits my radar, but I don’t know that it is linked to a gypsy like Catholicism.  I have often commented the vibe almost feels like Hari Krishna. I still don’t know much about a possible King Jesus Jewish crusade, which might explain a certain brand of Christ-ianity (insanity). We are told by Muslims and others that it’s a Zionazi problem.   Also the possibility of a Catholic-Italian- Corsican-Spanish mafia comes up. I want to continue to leave it open to inquiry about a possible Islamic shah connection, a shrewd group turning Christianity’s image inside out with the shallow impressionism represented by Trump and his supporters.  It would be sort of like bringing out all of the most negative parts of Christianity to “make the other guy look bad”  so Americans come screaming for a shaw- controlled leadership for relief.  One of the ways old fascism took hold in the past was to create chaos so that “order” was accepted with relief.  In short, I don’t know exactly who we are dealing with - but a large part of it is a cult!    I feel the problems with the cult run deep.  The cult is literally a highly organized group of “murderous thieves” with some of their cohorts feeling like kleptomaniacs; they even steal small things that won’t ever make them much money on the black or open market.  For this reason, I wonder if part of the culture is gypsy.  The analogy I have used before as pirates is still appropriate.  Until we focus on this group, referencing it from our standpoint of being real Americans defending the Constitution and Bill of Rights, we won’t get very far.  The real Americans will speak out about this group and do everything they can to stop them.  Americans who raise flags while working with or protecting this group are not the real Americans in this country.  Better to not wield an American flag, but fight this cult quietly than to wield a flag with blood on your hands.  There are no excuses for keeping the country together, at least in part or nominally - and one’s veteran retirement - as part of a bargain with this cult.  I feel deals have been made without informing the general public in this regard.  -I feel an earlier suggestion I made on this website about reading the  group of linked short stories, The Arabian Nights to get a feeling for the curve-ball realities is still appropriate, as well. - the American military is involved, some veterans are protecting their retirement, tight-lipped, secretive, looking after own interests -oil and gas is involved Here are some links that came up today, with the TWA 800 the most important.  I probably heard about it on the news or in a newspaper back in 1996, but I don’t remember it.  This is a critical missing piece linking 9/11 with a conspiracy.  I suspect the TWA 800 tragedy should be seen as an early precursor to 9/11. See New York Daiy News: TWA 800.  By Andrew Danziger. (04/15/2015) Excerpt from New York Daily News: Was TWA Flight 800 shot out of the sky?  As a former pilot, that is a question I get asked about all the time.  I’m no conspiracy theorist, but let’s be clear: Yes. I say it was. And I believe the FBI covered it up. There are many reasons to disbelieve the official explanation of what happened to TWA 800 almost 19 years ago, on July 17, 1996, off the South Shore of Long Island. There’s hardly an airline pilot among the hundreds I know who buys the official explanation — that it was a fuel-tank explosion — offered by the National Transportation Safety Board some four years later. If they do, it’s usually because they’ve been shot down or bombed. There’s little to suggest that there was a bomb on board, but there is ample evidence that a missile of some sort detonated in the air very close to the plane and brought it down.  Andrew Danziger is a 28-year airline veteran, with experience in turboprops and Boeing aircraft. He was an international 757/767 captain for the last 14 years. He has served as an airline ground school instructor and check pilot in both simulators and aircraft and was one of the pilots to fly Barack Obama during his 2008 presidential campaign. http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/obama-pilot-twa-flight-800-shot-article-1.2186329 Ex-Trump Executive (01/2017) http://www.nydailynews.com/opinion/ex-trump-executive-knew-ill-35-years-article-1.2959293 Raw Story: Former Cult Member Explains How Donald Trump and His Followers are Just Like a Cult http://www.rawstory.com/2016/08/former-cult-member-explains-how-donald-trump-and-his-followers-are-just-like-a-cult/ Town Hall https://townhall.com/tipsheet/mattvespa/2017/02/21/former-cia-operative-im-a-democrat-but-this-effort-by-americas-spies-to-hamstring- trump-is-appalling-n2288748 03/08/2017 International Womens Day International Women's Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. This is an excellent method of influencing people without their knowledge. An alert reader would recognise how this could create coincidences and stir up conflict; especially if what’s fed to one person corresponds with what’s gathered (via surveillance) from another. It can also help to create coincidences of the sort the media creates (through surveillance feedback) only in reverse… where the subjects are fed information prior to the event (eg. a news story) and coerced into believing they are psychic Although this website might be stretching it as to what the listed technologies can actually do, or what they are used for, notice that one of the technologies listed suggests creating coincidences.  03/03/2017, 03/04/2017 I Excerpt From Naral on Jeff Sessions:  Now, explosive new evidence has been released that he may have perjured himself during his confirmation hearings. So we're renewing our opposition to him and doubling down on what we've always known to be true: Jeff Sessions is unfit to be attorney general….On top of all that, Sessions is notoriously racist and anti-choice. He opposes protections for women's health care clinics, and wanted to allow convicted anti-choice extremists who attack or threaten clinics to escape court-ordered fines. He even voted against reauthorizing the Violence Against Women Act. And he has a long, ugly history of racism: Sessions was blocked from a federal judgeship by a Republican-led Senate in 1986 after colleagues testified that he used the N-word and called an African-American attorney "boy." 4 There have been another time in American history in which a president all but destroyed the three-fold checks and balances system in the United States.  Roosevelt came in within a month of the same year as Hitler, promoting an obfuscation of legislature powers then yet unseen in American history.    Currently we are burdened by a corrupt electoral college system and other unfair systems which has given religious right Republicans too much control and advantage in the Senate and House, which has destroyed the three-fold checks and balances system.  By giving too much authority to one group, it is as if only one entity controls the White House, just like in the days of Roosevelt.  Going over Roosevelt’s New Deal, we are reminded of that era’s concerns about a fascist persuasion (see book review below).  I had been feeling that vibe from Roosevelt for some time now and decided to look into it  a little further in the past few days while going over a very brief historical introduction of Los Alamos, New Mexico which was taking me back in time to the 1940s and earlier.  While going through that, I was remembering ongoing concerns I have had about exactly when there was a shift in the United States from a more democratic enterprise based on Constitutional principles to an increasingly forged presidency system.  I started to say it happened after Eisenhower, showing up with Ike’s warnings about a possible government/military stronghold.  But then I recalled I had picked up suspicious vibes from Roosevelt and was feeling something currently from Woodrow Wilson.  So I checked a little bit on the internet on Roosevelt, and came up with the following excerpt which gets right to the point rapidly: Mises: Book Review on Wolfgang Schiverbusch’s Three New Deals: Reflections on Roosevelt’s America, Hitler’s Germany.  Review by David Gordon (09/22/2006) https://mises.org/library/three-new-deals-why-nazis-and-fascists-loved-fdr Excerpt from Mises: 09/22/2006David Gordon Three New Deals: Reflections on Roosevelt's America, Mussolini's Italy, and Hitler's Germany, 1933-1939. By Wolfgang Schivelbusch. Metropolitan Books, 2006. 242 pgs. Critics of Roosevelt's New Deal often liken it to fascism. Roosevelt's numerous defenders dismiss this charge as reactionary propaganda; but as Wolfgang Schivelbusch makes clear, it is perfectly true. Moreover, it was recognized to be true during the 1930s, by the New Deal's supporters as well as its opponents. When Roosevelt took office in March 1933, he received from Congress an extraordinary delegation of powers to cope with the Depression. The broad-ranging powers granted to Roosevelt by Congress, before that body went into recess, were unprecedented in times of peace. Through this "delegation of powers," Congress had, in effect, temporarily done away with itself as the legislative branch of government. The only remaining check on the executive was the Supreme Court. In Germany, a similar process allowed Hitler to assume legislative power after the Reichstag burned down in a suspected case of arson on February 28, 1933. (p. 18). The Nazi press enthusiastically hailed the early New Deal measures: America, like the Reich, had decisively broken with the "uninhibited frenzy of market speculation." The Nazi Party newspaper, the Völkischer Beobachter, "stressed 'Roosevelt's adoption of National Socialist strains of thought in his economic and social policies,' praising the president's style of leadership as being compatible with Hitler's own dictatorial Führerprinzip" (p. 190). Nor was Hitler himself lacking in praise for his American counterpart. He "told American ambassador William Dodd that he was 'in accord with the President in the view that the virtue of duty, readiness for sacrifice, and discipline should dominate the entire people. These moral demands which the President places before every individual citizen of the United States are also the quintessence of the German state philosophy, which finds its expression in the slogan "The Public Weal Transcends the Interest of the Individual"'" (pp. 19-20). A New Order in both countries had replaced an antiquated emphasis on rights. Mussolini, who did not allow his work as dictator to interrupt his prolific journalism, wrote a glowing review of Roosevelt's Looking Forward. He found "reminiscent of fascism … the principle that the state no longer leaves the economy to its own devices"; and, in another review, this time of Henry Wallace's New Frontiers, Il Duce found the Secretary of Agriculture's program similar to his own corporativism (pp. 23-24). Roosevelt never had much use for Hitler, but Mussolini was another matter. "'I don't mind telling you in confidence,' FDR remarked to a White House correspondent, 'that I am keeping in fairly close touch with that admirable Italian gentleman'" (p. 31). Rexford Tugwell, a leading adviser to the president, had difficulty containing his enthusiasm for Mussolini's program to modernize Italy: "It's the cleanest … most efficiently operating piece of social machinery I've ever seen. It makes me envious" (p. 32, quoting Tugwell). Why did these contemporaries sees an affinity between Roosevelt and the two leading European dictators, while most people today view them as polar opposites? People read history backwards: they project the fierce antagonisms of World War II, when America battled the Axis, to an earlier period. At the time, what impressed many observers, including as we have seen the principal actors themselves, was a new style of leadership common to America, Germany, and Italy. Once more we must avoid a common misconception. Because of the ruthless crimes of Hitler and his Italian ally, it is mistakenly assumed that the dictators were for the most part hated and feared by the people they ruled. Quite the contrary, they were in those pre-war years the objects of considerable adulation. A leader who embodied the spirit of the people had superseded the old bureaucratic apparatus of government. While Hitler's and Roosevelt's nearly simultaneous ascension to power highlighted fundamental differences … contemporary observers noted that they shared an extraordinary ability to touch the soul of the people. Their speeches were personal, almost intimate. Both in their own way gave their audiences the impression that they were addressing not the crowd, but each listener as an individual. (p. 54) But does not Schivelbusch's thesis fall before an obvious objection? No doubt Roosevelt, Hitler, and Mussolini were charismatic leaders; and all of them rejected laissez-faire in favor of the new gospel of a state-managed economy. But Roosevelt preserved civil liberties, while the dictators did not. Schivelbusch does not deny the manifest differences between Roosevelt and the other leaders; but even if the New Deal was a "soft fascism", the elements of compulsion were not lacking. The "Blue Eagle" campaign of the National Recovery Administration serves as his principal example. Businessmen who complied with the standards of the NRA received a poster that they could display prominently in their businesses. Though compliance was supposed to be voluntary, the head of the program, General Hugh Johnson, did not shrink from appealing to illegal mass boycotts to ensure the desired results. "The public," he [Johnson] added, "simply cannot tolerate non-compliance with their plan." In a fine example of doublespeak, the argument maintained that cooperation with the president was completely voluntary but that exceptions would not be tolerated because the will of the people was behind FDR. As one historian [Andrew Wolvin] put it, the Blue Eagle campaign was "based on voluntary cooperation, but those who did not comply were to be forced into participation." (p. 92) Schivelbusch compares this use of mass psychology to the heavy psychological pressure used in Germany to force contributions to the Winter Relief Fund. Both the New Deal and European fascism were marked by what Wilhelm Röpke aptly termed the "cult of the colossal." The Tennessee Valley Authority was far more than a measure to bring electrical power to rural areas. It symbolized the power of government planning and the war on private business: The TVA was the concrete-and-steel realization of the regulatory authority at the heart of the New Deal. In this sense, the massive dams in the Tennessee Valley were monuments to the New Deal, just as the New Cities in the Pontine Marshes were monuments to Fascism … But beyond that, TVA propaganda was also directed against an internal enemy: the capitalist excesses that had led to the Depression… (pp. 160, 162) This outstanding study is all the more remarkable in that Schivelbusch displays little acquaintance with economics. Mises and Hayek are absent from his pages, and he grasps the significance of architecture much more than the errors of Keynes. Nevertheless, he has an instinct for the essential. He concludes the book by recalling John T. Flynn's great book of 1944, As We Go Marching. Flynn, comparing the New Deal with fascism, foresaw a problem that still faces us today. But willingly or unwillingly, Flynn argued, the New Deal had put itself into the position of needing a state of permanent crisis or, indeed, permanent war to justify its social interventions. "It is born in crisis, lives on crises, and cannot survive the era of crisis…. Hitler's story is the same." … Flynn's prognosis for the regime of his enemy Roosevelt sounds more apt today than when he made it in 1944 … "We must have enemies," he wrote in As We Go Marching. "They will become an economic necessity for us."
